At Sutisancha Designer Sarees, we strive for complete satisfaction with every drape. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery for all eligible handcrafted sarees.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to submit a request with your order ID and photos of the saree within 48 hours of receipt.

  Quality Inspection

  Once approved, ensure the saree is folded in its original packaging with all designer tags and the unstitched blouse piece intact for verification.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your address; please ensure you receive a signed acknowledgment receipt from the courier agent.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After a successful quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchanged saree will be dispatched.
