Are the sarees authentic handloom or machine-made?
At Sutisancha, we specialize in authentic hand-woven and designer sarees. Each piece is meticulously crafted by skilled artisans, ensuring the highest quality of fabric and intricate detailing.
How long does shipping take for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders within India typically arrive within 5-7 business days. For our international customers, shipping usually takes 10-15 business days depending on customs processing.
Do you offer customization for blouse stitching?
Yes, we provide custom blouse stitching services. You can select the 'Stitching' option on the product page and provide your measurements according to our size guide.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that customized or stitched items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How should I care for my designer saree?
To maintain the longevity of the fabric and embroidery, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only. Store your sarees in a cool, dry place wrapped in a muslin cloth.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and PayPal for international transactions. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes within India.
